These prices are effective 15 October 2008 through 14 October 2013.

Orders for these products and services must have all approvals completed, must be sent to the vendor/contractor by the close of business on the last day that these prices are effective.

Item IDs in this Statewide Contract Web Page may be used only to purchase the items listed in the associated Description column. Any other use of the Item IDs by State Agencies violates State of Tennessee purchasing procedures. Any agency found to be in violation of these procedures is subject to administrative sanctions. Any other use of the Item IDs by a Contractor violates the terms and conditions of the Statewide Contract

The cashiering equipment available on contract is described below.  This equipment has been certified to function as an integrated system and to be fully compatible with
Edison; it is also fully supported by all Desktop SWC Systems.
 

Temporary Loaner Equipment. If the repair or replacement of failed equipment under warranty cannot be effected by the third business day following the day on which the contractor is notified that the equipment has failed, the contractor must provide the State temporary loaner equipment, of the type and model of the failed equipment, for use by the State until the failed equipment can be repaired or replaced.
