SUMMARY OF FUJITSU SCANNER INSTALLATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

Agency site preparation The Agency will verify that the Agency site, including the system and software to be used with the scanner, has been fully prepared prior to the arrival of the technician who will perform installation/ configuration/set-up service. N/A
On-site Installation/Configuration/Set-up Services The Agency will schedule installation/ configuration/set-up services with the manufacturer, giving at least (5) days' notice before these services are to begin. The manufacturer will complete all installation/configuration/set-up services for a given scanner within two (2) days of the time these services are scheduled to begin.  
On-site Overview/Orientation/Training Services Overview/orientation and 1-hour training for as many as six State staff will be included in the installation/configuration/set-up services ordered by the Agency and provided by Fujitsu. 

On-site installation/configuration/set-up includes unpacking, installation and verification of equipment operation to factory specifications. On-site overview/orientation/training includes 1-hour overview/orientation/training in operation of scanner. The escalation period begins when the times identified in the "Contractor/Manufacturer Responsibility" column, above, are reached and the scanner is not in operational status or the scheduled on-site overview/orientation/training services have not been completed.
