RETURN POLICY FOR DELL
All equipment may be returned within 30 days of invoice for a refund or credit less shipping, handling, and applicable restocking fees. The State is charged a 15% restocking fee that could be deducted from any refund or credit.
To return products, you must call Dell Customer Care at 1-800-981-3355, ext. 69006 to receive a Return authorization Number or the user may fill out a form on Dell's Public Customer Care website at www.dell.com/public-ecare.
Returns must be returned within 5 days of the date that Dell issues the Credit Return
Authorization Number. All merchandise must
be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging with any media, documentation and all other items that were included in
the original shipment. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping item(s) to be returned to Dell and is
responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.
