RETURN POLICY FOR POMEROY IT SOLUTIONS
|All returns must be authorized by a valid Pomeroy Return Authorization number.
Products are eligible for return only for the first 10 days after invoicing. Return products must arrive at the Pomeroy Distribution Center within 10 days of issuance of the RMA number.
Defective products must be exchanged or
repaired under warranty; contact Pomeroy Service at 1-800-846-8727 option # 3.
Damaged products must be reported to Jeff Dunn or Layne Rogers within 24 business hours of receipt. Damaged products must not be moved from the point of delivery until the bill of lading has been noted and a carrier claim has been processed. Contact the carrier to initiate a claim before contacting Pomeroy representatives.
A minimum restocking charge of 25% will apply to returns. The agency returning the product is responsible for return shipping charges.

Dial 1-800-846-8727 option # 7, then option # 3. Pomeroy IT Solutions will issue an RMA number for the
product. Then a call-tag will be issued to the freight carrier for
pick-up. Upon receiving the product, Pomeroy IT Solutions will issue a credit memo for the product.
